It was a quirky, well-designed hotel with really accommodating staff. Our room was good sized, carpeted. The location of the venue was marvellous, to a really great Indian restaurant. Indian cuisine was served in the rooftop restaurant.

It has very amiable and caring personnel on the specific request. The setting is ideal and marvellous, just next door to city centre as well as downtown.

Location: the hotel was just next door to urban blue kigali, the sky lounge with a great view of Kigali and many shop arround and the gentle man who taking care. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Kigali Genocide Memorial. The room was very twin, very comfy bed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a calm area close to the president's house was perfect for us. The service from the front desk to the manager and cleaning staff was exceptional. They were all trained properly in the hospitality industry and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room amenities were top-notch, from the air conditioning to the spacious sitting area. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace and garden area where we could relax and unwind.

This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Clean facilities, with functional and good-sized rooms.

I appreciated the room with amazing views over kigali, the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great, the food was delicious. The location was magnificent, close to some of the amazing attractions Kigali has to offer.

The beds were comfy, the room was well decorated and brand-new in a twin bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at Urban By Cityblue. The spacious rooms were very comfortable and the hotel's location in a calm area was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the rooftop breakfast area. The hotel's proximity to the city center made it convenient for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel, it offers good services and best possible location not far from city centre and friendly staff, hot water shoer, taxi, and have forgotten. Nothing to complain about, I do recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Everything was nice, including really helpful and super-friendly staff. Though some of the staff were really slow, I had a perfect stay. I booked reasonably large and huge room with safe and the old facility, as for instance.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in an excellent location, just a stone's throw away from the Presidential Palace. The hotel provided value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and I especially appreciated the comfortable double bed. Furthermore, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast to start off the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there were no notable areas for improvement.
